CMB Group 69 is the second of two <a href=\"\/projects\/\">EB-5 project<\/a> collaborations between CMB and Kessler Hotels Ltd., with the first (CMB Group 68 \u2013 Grand Bohemian Charlotte) culminating in the successful repayment of a $30 million <a href=\"\/\">EB-5<\/a> loan in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CMB Group 69 repayment represents the 62<sup>nd<\/sup> EB-5 loan fully repaid by the borrower to CMB, contributing to the $1.8 billion in EB-5 funds repaid to CMB partnerships throughout its 28-year history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About CMB Regional Centers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CMB Regional Centers (CMB) has been a leader in the EB-5 industry for over 25 years, with its first regional center designation approved in 1997.
